Duck Creek Taxidermy, located on the grounds of Chestnut Hunting Lodge, is owned and operated by Darlene Tarlton.

Darlene has made quite an impact of her own in the world of hunting with her award winning work in the field of taxidermy.

She established her business in 1986 and is Certified by the National Taxidermy Association. Her work has earned her State, National and International awards. She has also been a recipient of the Award of Excellence from the North Carolina Taxidermy Association.
